Serves as Chief Operations Officer operating independently and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
• Responsible for oversight and management relating to all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operations are in sync with the business strategy.
• Provide a leadership role in the establishment of performance indicators, and monitor performance against company goals.
• Develop and administer operational and administrative policies, standards and practices.
• Assure safeguarding of assets. Lead company strategic planning and budgetary activities.
• Maintain appropriate internal safeguards over accounts receivable.
• Develop and administer revenue generation activities, including fundraising, business development and CMS incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with all requirements from regulatory, accreditation, and licensure bodies.
• Develop and administer personnel-related policies and practices. Provide coaching and counseling where necessary. Lead internal communications efforts to all staff including meetings, announcements, memorandum, reports and bulletins.
• Act as liaison and company representative with clients, customers, and business associates including the negotiation of contracts and other professional business agreements.
• Manage profitability, billing integrity, quality of services, customer and employee satisfaction and other company business ventures.
• Recruit and hire qualified clinical as well as administrative staff for all business areas
